How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does CRAFTD offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry. We stand by our quality, so if your piece ever fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for you free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
